From ancient Egyptian artifacts to paintings by Rembrandt, Van Gogh and Picasso, the Toledo Museum of Art’s 30,000-strong art collection ranks among the finest in the U.S. The city of Toledo was the birthplace of the Studio Glass Movement, and it keeps this heritage alive with glassblowing demonstrations that show the magic—and mystery—behind this beautiful art form. The trip will include a guided tour featuring the Highlights of the Collection. You can explore the art museum on your own after the tour as well as see the exhibition, Celebrating Libby Glass 1818-2018, a celebration of the extraordinary glassmaking in Toledo, the Glass City. Also take in a glassblowing demonstration!
